What will you do?

As our new O&M Strategy Manager, you will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic insights to optimize our O&M operations. You’ll support decision-making, prepare actionable recommendations, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive efficiency and commercial success.

Your main tasks include:

• Conduct market research and track industry trends and technological innovations
• Support the development and adjustment of long-term O&M strategy
• Identify growth opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partners
• Analyze O&M operations for efficiency, optimization, and value creation
• Support commercial modeling, project selection, and tender processes
• Participate in high-level discussions with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional O&M projects and workshops
• Advise the VP and Head of O&M with actionable insights and presentations
• Handle ad hoc requests from the O&M team

We are looking for a strategic and proactive profile, who combines commercial insight, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong collaboration, project management, and clear communication to support high-level decision-making.

We think you will be a good match if you:

• Hold an academic degree in commercial, strategy, technical, engineering, or another relevant field
• Have 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, corporate or commercial strategy, or similar roles
• Preferably have industry or O&M experience in offshore wind, maritime, or related sectors
• Possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and graphical) and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to structure insights for executive audiences
• Technical or engineering knowledge is a plus, but not required
