Planned Maintenance Superintendent – Offshore Wind Industry

What will you do?
As our new Planned Maintenance Superintendent, you’ll help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently by managing, improving, and aligning our planned maintenance system across all vessels.
Your main tasks include:
- Lead the administration and ownership of Cadeler’s planned maintenance system for vessels and mission equipment
- Ensure maintenance records and documentation are accurate, up to date, and compliant
- Align maintenance policies and standards across the fleet within the planned maintenance system
- Support Vessel Managers and the Technical Maintenance Team in day-to-day planning and coordination of PMS tasks
- Provide required documentation and evidence during internal and external audits
- Drive continuous improvement and development of the planned maintenance system to maintain industry-leading standards
- Own the criticality assessment process for components and equipment
- Manage relationships and performance of third-party service providers within the PMS area
- Deliver training and familiarization in Sertica to relevant team members

We think you will be a good match if you:
- Have experience working with planned maintenance systems, ideally within the maritime or offshore industry
- Are familiar with international maritime codes and requirements such as ISM, MLC, ISPS, SOLAS, and MARPOL
- Bring experience from a support or administrative role related to vessel operations or technical management
- Understand Classification Societies and vessel certification processes
- Are confident using MS Office and other digital tools to manage data and documentation efficiently
