Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager FOU to help plan and manage the installation of custom-engineered offshore projects.

What will you do?

As our new Assistant Project Manager FOU, you will support the Project Director in monitoring project progress, status reporting, and presentations both internally and externally. Furthermore, you will ensure that projects are executed safely and professionally and monitor all project-related key performance indicators.

Your main tasks include:

• Plan and deliver projects in accordance with Cadeler Project Management Manual.

• Support and coordinate between Wind Installation Vessels, internal departments, external vendors, and the client.

• Ensure project requirements and timelines are met in accordance with contractual obligations.

• Internal and external stakeholder management.

• Identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks.

• Tracking project performance and evaluating how the performance is compared to the contract.

We are looking for a profile that is good at communicating internally as well as externally, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly to changing project needs.

We think you will be a good match if you have:

• Minimum 1-2 years of Project Management experience in relevant offshore wind projects or similar.

• Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Familiarity with Project Management process and tools, for delivery on Safety, Quality, Time and Cost.

• Encouraged to have PMI.org PMP Certificate (or similar).

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
